Compensation Plan

Q: What the heck is the S.A.T. Bonus?
A: The S.A.T. Bonus (and SUPER S.A.T. bonus) is UI’s unlimited, revolutionary bonus plan that pays you a $200 bonus every time you complete a S.A.T. “cycle”. Commissions (Payments)

Q: When are commissions paid?
A: S.A.T. Bonuses and Fast Starts are paid weekly every Friday, for the week prior. All other commissions are paid every month, on the 10th, for the month prior.

Q: How do I setup and activate my Global Xchange Account?

If you did not receive the original activation link in an email from Global Exchange, you will need to go to www.globalxchange.biz/registration.htm and complete the registration process.

Q: If I cancel my autoship, do I become a WDO and lose my commissions?
A: First, simply cancelling your autoship does not affect your qualified distributor (QD) status. A QD that fails to generate a minimum of 69.95 BV in any calendar month will lose their QD status and will become a Wholesale Distributor Only (WDO). At that point, as a WDO are no longer eligible for commissions. However, you can cancel your autoship and make a custom shopping cart order and still maintain your QD status during a calendar month.

The loss of QD status will not result in the loss of Personal Distributors or downline Distributors. In order to be reinstated to DISTRIBUTOR status, a Distributor would need to generate 69.95 BV in a calendar month. If a Distributor goes for 12 consecutive calendar months with no sales activity, that Distributor will be voided and lose all Distributor privileges including back office access and use of the replicated website.

Q: Why do I have a debit in my eWallet?
A: The reason is usually given in the description of the debit, but usually if an order is cancelled or returned after commissions have already been paid, a debit will be shown.

Shipping

Q: Why does Ultra International have a 2-day wait prior to shipping items?
A: People often change or cancel their orders after they are made, so we hold orders for 2 days to keep the shipping costs lower for everyone and to help catch and prevent fraud.

Q: What I paid for shipping doesn’t match the postage amount on the box…why is that?
A: Since many of our orders combine a large number, sizes and dimensions of products, there is no way for us incorporate exact shipping prices. We have developed a formula that is based on the weight of the pack, and takes into account the destination, handling, & insurance charges. Sometimes we lose money on shipping, sometimes we make a little, but the formula gives us the fairest estimate for everyone throughout the world.

Q: How long does it take for items to get to Canada, in general?
A: We ship all international orders USPS First-Class Mail International, which takes approximately 10-14 business days from the date shipped.

Q: How long does it take for items to get to Hawaii, in general?
A: We ship all Hawaiian orders USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 4 business days from the date shipped.

Q: Does Ultra International have Spanish speaking support?
A: Yes.

Q: “What is Ultra’s return policy?”
A: If you wish to return any product, Ultra International offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all purchases. Products must be returned shipping prepaid to: Ultra International * 4120 NE Port Drive * Lee’s Summit * MO 64064. A request for a refund with the Distributor’s ID number and original shipping address must be included in writing. No refunds will be offered after 14 days from the original invoice date. Refunds are only offered on products returned in resalable condition. No refunds are offered on outbound shipping. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Q:Are any of the products tested on animals?
A:No.

Q:How long will Mind stay fresh?
A:Before the seal is broken, see expiration date on bottom of bottle. Once the seal is broken, if the product is refrigerated, it will stay good for four months.
